I love the Cranberry Pear white balsamic vinegar. It is fantastic drizzled on a mixed greens salad. The cranberry flavor really comes through. Although I haven't experimented with using it in other ways yet, I can highly recommend it as a salad dressing!

I love this vinegar, the flavor is beautiful. It might be too sweet for some, but if you add a little lemon vinegar, it will make it less sweet.
