This herb infused olive oil is fabulous on salads...especially tomato-mozzarella-basil...and as a dredge for toasted artisan breads or a drizzled over a bowl of plain pasta. It has a definite herb flavor, but it is not overpowering.

I use this when making ratatouille french style - saute each vegetable separately in Tuscan Herb then put them together in a large pot and heat to blend the flavors. I also use it for chicken, and salad dressing. Wonderful flavor!
