Our 12-18 year, barrel-aged balsamic vinegars are produced in Modena, Italy using the traditional Solero Method. We offer both white and dark balsamic vinegars created from the trebbiano or the lambrusco grape, respectively. They are all natural and have no added sugar, cornstarch, or caramelization. They are perfect for salad dressings, marinades, as toppings for fruit or desserts, or as flavorings for delicious drinks.
