The brand I had been buying for years must have been discontinued in my area. A good friend gifted us with a bottle of this Dark Balsamic Vinegar and we've never looked back. My hubby now uses EVOO and this Balsamic Vinegar on his salads now instead of a homemade Catalina dressing I used to make. That's huge! I use a few splashes in my homemade tomato sauce, goulash, drizzle it on baked potatoes and other food items as well. The ONLY reason I didn't rate it a 5 is because I haven't yet tasted a 24 or more year old balsamic vinegar. Try this ... you won't regret it!

This balsamic is so delicious.It is the perfect addition to any dish. We use it for everything. I make sure to keep it in stock for myself and occasionally give it as a gift when I can make myself part with it!
