This traditional balsamic is aged progressively in 18-year oak barrels according to the Solera Method. It is PGI Certified to come from Modena, Italy (that means it's the real deal!) This balsamic's versatility knows no bounds! Delightful drizzled over ice cream and fresh fruits, on fine meats, grilled or roasted veggies, soft cheeses, or hummus!
Pair with any of our AOOC olive oils!
Best balsamic ever!
This balsamic is the best thing I have ever tasted. I could sit down with a spoon and the bottle. OMG. I will definitely be ordering again soon. As good as it is, it won't last long.
I’ve had many dark balsamic vinegars this is the best ever..
I've used this stuff for a few years, now. I first picked it up on a whim in Kingston, TN. When first opened, it is sweet and tart, after a year it does sour more, but still has that delicious Balsamic sweetness, and a bottle does last me about a year or a few months short of one. We mainly use it on salads, and it's great on fruitier salads, like a spring mix with strawberries and blueberries and feta cheese and nuts. I admit I've not had authentic Balsamic in 4 oz. bottles costing hundreds, and they say it is PGI certified to come from Modena, so I'm not sure what keeps it from being rated truely a DOP Balsamic rating (a very strict rating method), but it's the best so-called balsamic condimento I've had, and I've tried many in the $12 to $25 range.
Due to lack of description of quantity I ordered 2 bottles thinking I was getting 750 ml bottles. I got 375 ml bottles.1 375 ml bottle for a little less than the price of a 750 ml bottle on Amazon. I guess that leaving out the quantity worked out pretty good for someone. I certainly would not have paid this price for a standard 18 yo if I knew it was a small bottle.
I wish I could order this by the gallon, it’s incredible!!!
I can't live without this Vinegar! It's incredible on vegetables, salads, meats and even ice cream. Truly a must have in every kitchen!
I've tried so many aged balsamic vinegars but this is by far the best ever. Don't buy cheap aged balsamic vinegar you won't believe the difference this aromatic vinegar provides. It tastes great on just about everything.
I use this everyday ! It is so versatile and simply tasted fantastic! It's an excellent start to great vegetables and I use it on chicken, pork, salmon, potatoes, asparagus, summer squash, kabobs, etc etc !! Truly a staple in my kitchen !!
