Our customers wanted a Jerk Blend with big flavor and not a lot of heat to use on beef, chicken, pork, fish or veggies. We used traditional jerk ingredients; allspice, chipotle, cloves and nutmeg for bang without bite. Sprinkle on before, during or after; grilling, pan sautéing, broiling. This blend is great mixed with our Lemon Olive Oil and Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar for a great finishing sauce for beef, pork, chicken, fish and veggies. Contains: Sea Salt, Lemon Pepper, Chipotle, allspice, garlic, pepper and other natual spices.
The Best! I use it on chicken and pork--amazing! And so easy! Just sprinkle it over the meat in the pan (both sides!) and cook over a medium high heat until internal temperature is right for the type of meat.
