This aged balsamic is intensely complex, with layers of earthy, authentic (decaffeinated) espresso & dark roasted coffee. The deep, rich flavor is best over meats and sweets. Substitute this for a coffee-rub. A fantastic glaze on barbequed pork or beef. Add to an "affogato float" with gelato & coffee.
