I agree with whomever wrote “just stick a straw in it”. I have been cooking with this in lieu of using butter. It’s truly amazing. I’ve tried AOC’s pork, panko chicken, and lemon chicken recipes and all were superb. The Tuscan herb oo in combo with this one is also an excellent match. The vegetables in these recipes were as good as the protein which is unusual as most recipes make their meats shine.
Have already told many about this delicious and have it on my list for birthday and Christmas gifts.
I gave this to my daughter. She loves the flavor of butter but can't have too much dairy. This is a healthy way to add buttery taste with none of the troubles dairy can cause.
Can't get enough of the oil. I use it exclusively as my EVOO. Love it drizzled over baked potatoes or for a light fry.
