Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Our first ever Chilean Manzanillo represents a small limited batch production, painstakingly harvested using artisanal methods by selecting green, just blushing fruit from more ripe olives.The finished product is an incredibly fruity powerhouse. Displays notes of creamy almond, hints of green strawberry and melon with a juicy fruit center. Lots of pungency, lingering pepper and a clean finish.

Nice nutty flavor that I use primarily for frying meats and vegetables. Also makes a nice salad dressing by itself or blended with a flavor infused balsamic (e.g. red apple balsamic).
